IMPORTANT:
• ALL INSTALLATION WORK SHOULD BE DONE BY ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL.
• SHUT OFF POWER SUPPLY AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER!
• USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE
3.Placexturebody(Q)ontoaatsurface.Toploop(L)andoneofconnector
rods(O)areonthexture’swires,butnotattachedtothebodyofthexture.
Connectconnectorrods(O)tohooks(N)and(M).Pullthewiresuntiltaut.
4.Bymeasuring,determinethecorrectlengthofchainneededforproper
hangingheight.Ifnecessary,useapairofplierstoopenandremoveanyexcess
chain.Attachoneofchainconnectors(K)tochain(J).Passthexture’swires
throughtoploop(L).Pullthewiresuntiltaut.Attachoneendofchainconnector
(K)totoploop(L)andclosechainconnector(K).Feedthexture’swiresup
throughthechain(everythreelinksorso),pullingthewiresuntiltaut.Usethe
freechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)tocanopyloop(H).Slidecanopy
loopcollar(H)thencanopy(G)downontothechain/wires.Pullthewiresuntil
taut.
CLEANING TIPS
Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the
xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.

CONNECTING THE WIRES
5.Add8to10inchestothedesiredlengthofwireandtrimtheexcesswires.Haveanassistantsupporttheweightofthexture.Refer
tothewiringdiagramandattachthexture’swirestothepowersupplywiresfromthejunctionbox.ConnectHottoHot,Neutralto
Neutral,andGroundtoGround.Twisttheendsofthewirepairstogether,andthentwistonawireconnector.Makesurealltwistsare
inthesamedirection.Ifthereisnohousegroundwirecomingfromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)onthemountingbracket/
mountingstrapandwrapthexture’sgroundwirearoundthegroundscrew.Useascrewdrivertotightenthetopofgroundscrew(E)
ontothewiresandintothemountingbracket/mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothejunctionbox.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
6.Pushcanopy(G)uptotheceilingandslidecanopyloopcollar(I)upbeneaththecanopy.Tightlythreadcanopyloopcollar(I)onto
canopyloop(H)tosecurecanopy(G)inplace.
7.Installlightbulbs(notincluded)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.Donotexceedthemaximumrecommendedwattage.
Yourinstallationisnowcomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes above.
Remove the old xture from the ceiling, including the old mounting strap.
1.Fromthepartsbagremovethemountingstrapassembly.Oneendofnipple
(F)shouldbeattachedtomountingstrap(A)withhexnutandwasher(C&D)in
place.Theotherendshouldhavecanopyloop(H)attached.Attachmounting
strap(A)tothejunctionboxusingmountingscrews(B)andascrewdriver.
Tightensecurely.
2.Unscrewcanopyloopcollar(I)fromcanopyloop(H).Passcanopy(G)over
themountedcanopylooptotesttheheight.Approximatelyhalfofthecanopy
loop’sexteriorthreadsshouldbeexposed,andthecanopyloopcollarshould
tsnuglyontothecanopyloop.Removecanopy(G)andadjusttheheightof
nipple(F)andcanopyloop(H)untilthedesiredheightisreached.Remove
canopy(G)andcanopyloop(H)andplaceaside.
