4. With the help of an assistant, set the bandsaw
unit onto the stand, align the mounting holes,
then open the door on the cabinet stand.
5. Have your assistant hold the bandsaw while
you secure the body to the stand with the car-
riage bolts and flange nuts (Figure 9).

To assemble the bandsaw:
1. Turn the cabinet stand upside down and
install the feet, as shown in Figure 8.
2. Set the cabinet upright, move it to its final
position, then adjust the feet so the cabinet is
level side-to-side and front-to-back.
3. Secure the position of the feet by tightening
the hex nut/washers against the stand.

The bandsaw body is
heavy. DO NOT over-exert
yourself while unpack-
ing or moving your
machine—get assistance
from another person.
6. Secure the guide post adjustment knob with
(1) M6-1 x 8 flange screw (see Figure 10).

To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any
parts that are
cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
