2) Copy the required information to the new user directory from the former
user directory.
In the user directory, the address subdirectory is for the address list
information, datebook subdirectory for schedule
information, memopad subdirectory for memoire directory, todo
subdirectory for the to do matter. Expense subdirectory for personal
financing record, Album subdirectory for photos.
3) Set the Synchronize Option of relative documents to "Handheld
overwrites Desktop".
Start Hotsync Manager in your PC.Tap Star->Program
->Palm Desktop->Hotsync Manager,after the start of Hotsync Manager,a
system icon will be seen at the right bottom of the screen. Tap the icon with
the right button of the mouse, select "Custom..." item from the pop-up
