Configures the CC and CR bits (Bits 1, 2) in the
CSUMmary Status Condition register to set the
corresponding bits in the CSUMmary Status Enable
register on a negative transition.
Query example

The CC and CR bits are configured to NTR in the
CSummary Status NTR filter.
