Returns the instrument identification as a
string in the following format:
GW-INSTEK, PEL-3021, XXXXXXXX, V.VV
Manufacturer: GWINSTEK
Model number : PEL-3021
Serial number : XXXXXXXX
Firmware version : V.VV
