Limited Warranties – Pop up Gazebos
Aluminum/Steel Frame
Aluminum frames are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period ninety (90)
days from the date of purchase.
Fabric
Not covered under warranty.
Exclusions
Pacific Casual LLC (Pacific Casual) warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, our products to be free from
defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified above. Defecve products must be returned or
shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to the Pacific Casual warehouse in California (freight collect will be
refused). Prior to returning any Pacific Casual product or parts for warranty inspecon, the original retail
purchaser must obtain wrien authorizaon from a Pacific Casual customer service representave at the
phone number listed below or by wring to the Pacific Casual customer service department listed below.
Aer inspecon, if it
is verified the unit was defecve in materials or workmanship during the warranty
period then Pacific Casual will, at its opon, repair or replace this product at no addional charge. If the
model is no longer available or cannot be repaired effecvely, Pacific Casual reserves the right to substute
items of
our choice similar in style and quality. In no event shall Pacific Casual's responsibility exceed the
value of the replacement product.
This warranty excludes the following: general frame rusng; acts of nature (i.e. wind, rain, fire or freeze);
damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and commercial
use;
discoloraon or fading of the finish or fabric as a result of exposure to the elements.
As some states do not allow exclusions or limitaons on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and
limitaons may not apply. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights
which
vary from state to state.
