Uponreceiptofsuchnoticationweshalldecidewhethertorepairsuchpartsorreplaceanypoolheater,
reservingatalltimestherighttoinspectinordertoverifyanyclaimeddefect.Wealsoreservetherightto
haveourrepresentativesmakeanyinspections,repairs,ortofurnishreplacements.Thiswarrantyisintended
asalegallybindingobligationoftheCompany,enforceableinthecourts.Thiswarrantymaygiveyouspe-
ciclegalrightswhichmayvaryfromstatetostate.
