Flange Replacement Split Rings
Designed for easy Van Stone style flange ring replacement in the event o
f
s
ystem modification, repair, or improper assembly without having to remove
e
xisting flange hub. Split rings are made as a direct replacement of existing
o
ne-piece rings used on Spears® brand only of Van Stone style flanges with
A
NSI Class 150 bolt pattern plastic rings. Remove old ring to be replaced
t
hen simply place the split ring sections around hub and install flange bolts
(
not included) through special designed section overlap to hold in position.
Install appropriate user supplied bolts, washers and gasket (see Flange
G
asket and Bolt Hardware Kits in this catalog); torque to specifications
a
ccording to normal flange assembly. Split rings are a set of either
