17.1 Configuring General Settings
Purpose
You can configure the output resolution, system time, mouse pointer speed, etc.
1. Go to Menu > System Configuration > General > Genera

2. Configure the following settings:
• Language: The default language used is English.
• Output Standard: Select the output standard to be PAL or NTSC.
• VGA/HDMI Resolution: Select the output resolution, which must be the same as
the resolution of the VGA/HDMI display.
VGA/HDMI1 Resolution and HDMI2 Resolution can be configured separately. Up to
1920 × 1080/60 Hz resolution is supported for VGA/HDMI1 output and up to 4K (3840
× 2160)/30 Hz resolution is supported for HDMI2 output.
• Time Zone: Select the time zone.
• Date Format: Select the date format.
• System Date: Select the system date.
• System Time: Select the system time.
• Mouse Pointer Speed: Set the speed of mouse pointer; four levels are configurable.
• Enable Password: Enable/disable the use of the login password.
