Instructions / Assembly

ASSEMBLY:
1) Before you start to assemble your tree, choose a location near a wall outlet.
Assemble the tree stand and place on a level surface.
2) Set up the tree stand by spreading the legs into an “X” shape. Lock the tree stand in
position by threading screws into the 3 holes. Only screw the bolts in until they go
slightly past the inner metal ring. Do not screw the bolts in all the way.
3) Carefully insert the bottom tree section (C) of the tree into the stand. Make sure the
pole is firmly inserted into the stand. Tighten the three screws on the tree stand so
that the tree stands straight.
4) Insert the middle section (B) of the tree into the bottom section (C). Connect the
male light-string end connector in section (B) to the female light-string end connector
in section (C).
5) Insert the tree top section (A) into section (B). Connect the male light-string end
connector in section (A) to the female light-string end connector in section (B).
6) Please note that he two prongs on each male connector have different polarities and
they can only be inserted into the female connector in one orientation. Make sure
the connectors are inserted in the correct orientation, otherwise the lights will not
light up.
7) Plug the transformer in the bottom tree section into the wall outlet. Your tree should
now be lit.
8) Shape the branches by working from the bottom of the tree upwards. Fan out the
tips in a pattern of one to the right, one to the left, and one to the centre of the main
stem. Tips at the centre position should be alternately placed so that they do not line
up one after the other. Repeat pattern for each branch.
9) After shaping the whole tree, step back and take an overall look and shift branches
to fill any gap. Your tree is now ready for decorating.
STORAGE:
1) Unplug the tree from the wall outlet. Disconnect the light strings between each tree section.
2) Remove all decoration from the tree.
3) Carefully lift off the top tree section (A) from the middle tree section (B). Carefully lift off the middle tree
section (B) from the bottom tree section (C).
4) Remove the bottom tree section (C) from the tree stand.
5) Store in original carton.
6) Do not store in direct sunlight, in a damp area, or in an area where the temperature exceeds 40°C.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
1) Ensure the power outlet is working correctly.
Check whether the cord is properly plugged into the outlet.
2) Ensure the light strings on the tree are securely connected. Ensure the light string connectors are connected in the
correct orientation.
