4. Turn the engine switch to the ON
position.

5. In cold weather and when the en-
gine is cold, move the choke lever to
the CLOSE position.,
NOTE:
Do not use the choke if the engine is
warm or the air temperature is high.
6. Move the throttle lever about 30
degrees from the extreme right (idle
position).
