SEDIMENT CUP CLEANING

1. Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position.

2. Remove the sediment cup with a 10 mm wrench.

3. Empty the sediment cup, and wash it in nonflammable solvent.

4. Inspect and reinstall the O-ring. Replace the O-ring if it is damaged.

5. Install the sediment cup, and tighten it securely.

6. Turn the fuel valve to the ON position, and check for leaks.

Gasoline is extremely flammable, and gasoline vapor can explode. Turn

the fuel valve to the OFF position after servicing the sediment cup. Wipe

up any spilled fuel.
