INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

COMPLETELY READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE CAB.

The right side of the cab is determined from the operator’s position.

Step 2; See Figure 2:

Install The Cross Bar (1).

A. Remove the bolts at Reference A on both

sides of the control panel.

B. Place the Cross Bar on the control panel as

shown. Insert two M6 x 20mm bolts with lock

washers into the holes and tighten.

Step 3; See Figure 3 & 3A:

Install Brackets (2 & 3) and “U” Clamps (4).

A. Peel the backing off of a 2 1/2” piece of the

protective tape. Place it on the inside of the “U”

Clamps to protect the Handle Bars.

A. Hold the left Bracket in position as shown,

Insert a 1/4” x 5/8” Bolt outward through the hole

in the Cross Bar and then through the hole in the

Bracket. Add a locknut. Do not tighten at this

time.

B. Place a 1” “U” Clamp open end forward on the

left handlebar as shown. Insert a 1/4” x 1 3/4”

bolt through the other hole in the bracket and then

the holes in the Clamp. Add a 1/4” locknut. Do

not tighten at this time.

C. Repeat these steps on the right side.
