PRE-OPERATION CHECK
CHECKING THE FUEL LEVEL
1. Remove the fuel filler cap and check the level. Fill up if the level is low.
Do not over-fill the tank. After having filled the tank, check that the fuel filler cap is tighte-
ned as far as it will go.
DO NOT LEAVE FUEL WITHIN REACH OF CHILDREN.
CAUTION:

Never use dirty or old Diesel fuel.
•
Take care to ensure that no dirt or water gets in the fuel tank.

Recommended fuel
Use Diesel fuel for Diesel automobile engines.
Diesel fuel anti-freeze protection
Adapt the type of Diesel fuel used according to the season and the ambient temperature. The
use of “summer” Diesel fuel at low ambient temperatures prevents the engine from starting. The
use of “winter” Diesel fuel during warm seasons causes a loss of engine power.
Keep the fuel tank full, especially during the winter, to prevent condensation in the fuel tank.
We recommend filling every time after use.
NOTE:
the guarantee does not coverdamage caused to the fuel feedcircuit, nor does it cover
engine performance problems resulting from the use of fuels not in conformity with the
instructions.
