HP Customer Support Center Help
Your printer comes with a 90-day warranty for technical support and a 1-year warranty for
repair. This means you will receive free phone support from HP if you have owned your printer
for 90 days or less. HP will repair your printer for free if you have owned it for 1 year or less.
After these warranty periods, you will be charged for support and for repairs.
After the Warranty Period
Technical Support – Call one of the numbers below if you have owned your printer for more
than 90 days.
Service & Repair – Call one of the numbers below if you have owned your printer for more
than 1 year.
Please be at your computer when you call and please have your printer’s service ID#
ready. To obtain your printer’s service ID#, press and hold the power button and click
the resume button 5 times. A test page showing the service ID# will print.

U.S. (900) 555-1500 M-F, 6am to 10pm (MST) and Sat, 9am to 4pm (MST)
You will be charged $2.50 per minute up to a maximum of $25. The charge will begin only when you are connected with
a support technician. This fee will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard, so please have it available.
Canada (English) (800) 999-1148 M-F, 6am to 10pm (MST) and Sat, 9am to 4pm (MST)
For calls from Canada, or for calls in the U.S. that you anticipate will be longer than 10 minutes, call this number.
Canada (French) (905) 206-4383 M-F, 7am to 6pm (MST)
The fee is $25 per call. The charge will begin only when you are connected with a support technician. This fee will be
charged to your Visa or MasterCard, so please have it available.
Europe Same number as during the warranty period.
Latin America Same number as during the warranty period.
