Tracing can be controlled with a number of options and directives, as shown in
Table C1:
Dumping UNIX Agent Inputs and Outputs
For file and one-down scans, the UNIX agent is given a set of input text lines of
configuration information to drive the scan. For all scans, the agent creates a set of
output text lines.
These inputs and outputs can be captured in files created under /usr/srmagent/dump by
adding the following directive to the agentconfig file:
DUMP_REPORTS ALL
Summary of Configuration Options for the SRM UNIX Agent
The /etc/srmagent/agentconfig file is normally constructed by the Agent installation
and configuration process, but it can also be changed by the system administrator later.
It has the following format:
Multiple lines are possible. Lines beginning with a # are ignored (treated as
comments). Other lines begin with a tag, from the following set:
