SRM Troubleshooting Guide
SRM was unable to retrieve host information for hostname <name>.
Unable to locate host name or interpret the name as an IP address.
MessageId=18 SymbolicName=OEMSCAN_CONNECT_ERR
SRM was unable to establish a connection to the UNIX agent listening on socket
<proxy name or IP address>.
The connect request failed with the following error <error number>.
Unable to connect to the remote system. The error number is a Windows sockets
error number and can be used to further diagnose the problem. Generally it means
the remote system could not be contacted (error 10060), or was not listening at the
port (error 10061).
MessageId=12 SymbolicName=OEMSCAN_SCAN_TIMEOUT
An SRM timeout has occurred on pipe <pipe name> for the <scan type> scan on
<computer name>.
A timeout occurred on the pipe (get_OutputReady) Generally occurs when the
agent aborts without being able to report its problem, or the managed system
crashes.
