Description
From Enter a name.
Recipients
Click the arrow, select the recipients, and then click OK.
Subject You can change the subject line from the default.

You can change the text from the default.
Body
Add any comments for the body of the message. For example, if
the messages are downloaded into a new folder in the database,
you can mention that the link will open the database to the Inbox
and users must open another folder.

Removing requests from the log
ThePurge_DocumentagentisusedbytheExportSearchdatabasetoremoverequeststhatareolderthan
a certain number of days. The default removes requests that are more than 90 days old.
Theagentcanbescheduledtorunasneeded,butisusuallyrunoncedaily(thedefaultissettorun
daily at 1: 0 0 a.m.).
You can change the number of days that export requests are kept by editing the Agent Parameters
document.
1. Using the Domino Administrator client, open the EAs-D Expor t Search database in the hprim
folder on the mail server.
2. In the View menu, select Go To,andthenselectAgent.
3. Expand Agent, select Parameters,andthenclickOK.
The Agent\Parameters view appears.
4. Double-click the document listed in PURGE_ D OCUMENT.
5. Double-click the value in Argt1: Number of Days and change the number of days.
Do not change the Form Name value in Argt2.
6. Click File > Save, and then close the document.
7. In the Designer client, schedule and enable the Purge_Document agent.
