the HP service representative to set the correct JavaMaxHeap size configuration in the

IMPORTANT:
Set the JavaMaxHeapSize value correctly to avoid server instability and memory problems.
When the JavaMaxHeapSize value is changed, the Agent Manager, Router, and Replicator server tasks
must be restarted. IBM recommends restarting the server rather than restarting each task.

Organizations with fewer than 5,000 users and 10,000 groups, set to 128 MB:
set config JavaMaxHeapSize=134217728
Organizations with up to 20,000 users and 20,000 groups, set to 256 MB:
set config JavaMaxHeapSize=268435456
Organizations with up to 40,000 users and 40,000 groups, set to 512 MB:
set config JavaMaxHeapSize=536870912
If your organization has other Java processes running on the server, the value should be adjusted upward.
The HP ser vice representative will consult with the HP engineering staff for the corre ct value to use.
