8. Edit the formula values:

•(ProxyGatewaykeysonly)EdittheCurrentS erver values if the mail server has spaces in its

name. Change the spaces to either %20 or + sotheURLcanlaunchcorrectly. Otherwise,

it stops at the first space.

•EdittheMsgNotes value if you want to change the sample, “This message has been archived.”

This is the static message that appears in Lotus N otes.

•EdittheMsgDWA value if you want to change the sample, “Click here to retrieve the full

message.”

This is the clickable link message that appears in DWA when users open a tombstoned

message.

• If you make changes to the formula or create your own formula, ensure that the following

parameters are always in upper case: REPLICAI D, MAILSERVER, DOCURL. These URL

parameters are c ase-sensitive.

For example:

Ed iting the Tombstone Settings tab

The key created in the Tombstone Prototype d ocument is specified in the Tombstone Settings tab. The

settings in this tab d etermine the action taken by the Tombstone agent and specif y what content remains

in the tombstone when a message is archived.

Three tombstoning choices are available:

• Shrink Body and remove attachments removes any attachments from the message and trims the

length of the m essage body.

The content created in the prototype d ocument is appended to the message body.

HP recommends that you choose this option.

• Remove attachments only removes any attachments, but leaves the message body intact.

The content created in the prototype d ocument is appended to the message body.

• Clear body and remove attachm ents removes both the body and any attachments from the

message, leaving only the header.

The content created in the prototype document replaces the message body.
