Time Conditions establishes the age of email to be archived. To configure Time Conditions, c omplete
the Memo, Reply settings using the instructions in the table below.

Description
Memo, Reply type of document
Click the arrow and select the way to define an email’s date: Creation
Date, Last Modified Date, or Posted Date.
Specify Form(s) to not archive
List any forms your organization uses that should not be archived. Form
names can be separated by commas, semicolons, or newlines.
Archiving Date for not Foldered
Doc *
Email that is not stored in folders must be older than the number of
days specified.
Enter the number of days, and then click Ch eck Dates to view the
corresponding calendar date.
Archiving Date for Foldered Doc *
Email that is stored in folders must be older than the number of days
specifi ed.
Enter the number of days, and then click Ch eck Dates to view the
corresponding calendar date.
Max Date for Doc Retention *
Click the calendar icon and select a maximum date for email retention.
To be archived, all email must be older than the specified date.
Note: If you selected archive dates for Foldered Docs and non Foldered
Docs, leave this field blank.
Comments
Enter any comments about the configuration.

for archiving. For example, the value in this field could be one year, and the value in the top of the
doc
ument could be 7 years. Messages that are between 1–7 years old would be archived.
