6. Add a journal user” to the HP EAs-D Users database by creating a Mail Detail mail-in record.
a. In the Domino Administrator client, o pen the HP EAs-D Users database in the hprim folder.
b. In the Create menu, select Mail Details > Da tabase Details.
A new Mail D etail record appears.
c. On the Database Details tab, set the following values:
Field
Description
FullName
Enter the mail-in database nam e; for example EASJournalDB.
MailServer
Enter the name of the server on which the mail-i n database is
located.
Mail File
Enter the path to the mail-in database, either for EAs journaling
or for native Domino journaling.
If you are using EAs journaling, enter the path and name of the
journal file as hprim/hp_riss_journal.nsf.
Mail File used for Journaling
Click Yes.
Module Profile
Enter the name of the mining rule for journaling (Email Miner
Journaling).
Module Status Click Enable.

The journal user is added to the EAs-D Users database the next time the Profile Agent is scheduled
to run. You can force the Profile Agent to add the journal user to the database by opening the
server console and entering:

NOTE:
If Domi
no 7.0.3 is installed on the mail server, do not run Prole Agent manually. For more

The messages are journaled and the mail-in journal database is mined automatically, according to the
journaling rules and the mining agents and schedule.
To force mining to occur, issue the commands shown in Ru nning the mining job on page 77. Use
hprim\hp_riss_journalreferenc.nsf forthereferencedatabasename.Donotrunthemining
agents manually if Domino 7.0.3 is installed on the server.
