4. After creating the virtual volumes, you can then group them as a virtual volume set or export
them to the host. The virtual volumes can also be exported to a host set.
Run the following command on each StoreAll 9300 Gateway server to dynamically discover
Volumes/LUNs presented to the StoreAll 9300 Gateway servers:
# for i in `ls /sys/class/scsi_host/`; do echo " - - - " >
/sys/class/scsi_host/$i/scan; done

5. After exporting the volumes to the host or host set, you can discover them as PVs at the
corresponding StoreAll 9300 node. To discover the PVs exported to the StoreAll 9300 from
HP 3PAR, use the following command in the StoreAll OS CLI:
# ibrix_pv-a
Discovering Devices
After exporting LUNs from the HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage using the createvlun HP 3PAR OS
CLI command (see “Exporting LUNs to the Host” (page 23)), discover the devices on the StoreAll
9300 cluster nodes by using either the StoreAll OS CLI or the StoreAll OS Management GUI.
CLI Usage
# /usr/local/ibrix/bin/ibrix_pv -a
GUI
Storage -> Discover -> Ensure Multipath and SCSI Options are enabled -> Click OK
