Trying to execute rmora_rmrep to remove the backup repository for a database configuration
failed as one or more Virtual Copy repositories still exist.
SOLUTION
Run rmora_remove to remove the all of the Virtual Copies before running rmora_rmrep. Make
sure the Virtual Copies are no longer being used.
