Issues Resolved in Recovery Manager Issue ID Description Solution 1950 Remote copy creation fails and displays the following error message: When remote copy creation fails, a cleanup operation is performed to delete all the data. However, due to some issues old data is not deleted. This issue is resolved. ERROR: Failed to validate policy. Aborting execution. 2574 RME5127: A backup for same mailbox/storage group is already in progress, and only one backup operation at a time is allow.

Issue ID Description Workaround enter the command HpRmCli Exch setvc in the Recovery Manager CLI. 1310 In HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for SQL and HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange coexistence configuration, create virtual copy operation using HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange GUI fails with the error, “mailbox database not found". Close all instances of Recovery Manager and launch HP 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange again.
