The following commands have been removed or deprecated in the InForm OS 3.1.1 release.

have been removed.

Deprecated Commands and Options
The –minlevel and –maxlevel options to the upgradecage
command have been deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

The –sa, –sd, and -aw options to the createcpg command have
been deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
