This document provides the release notes for HP 3PAR Management Console 4.3.1.

1.2 What’s New in the Management Console
The HP 3PAR Management Console allows you to administer all of your HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage
systems from a single management window, including remote systems used for replication. A single
screen provides a dashboard view of all your connected 3PAR StoreServ Storage systems, regardless
of model, as well as graphical charts and tables representing important system data and remote
replication configurations.
The key enhancements in this release are:
1.2.1 Ease-of-Use Enhancements
• The process of unexporting virtual volumes that are exported via a virtual volume set has been
redesigned. In previous releases, unexporting such virtual volumes resulted in unexporting the
whole virtual volume set, affecting all LUNs instead of just the intended LUN. This release ensures
that just the intended LUN is unexported and the virtual volume removed from the set.
• Inline and online help functionality has been improved.
