b. Connection Type list - Select whether the connection type is Loop or Point.
c. Unique Node WWN - Enable or disable the node WWN.

e. VLUN Change Notification (VCN) - Enable or disable the VLUN change notification.
f. Interrupt Coalesce - Enable or disable the interrupt coalesce.
g. NPIV Port Count - (Shown only for peer connection mode.) The number of N-Port ID
Virtualization (NPIV) Ports associated with Windows Cluster nodes. Each Windows Cluster
node requires two NPIV ports. The maximum number of NPIV ports supported in HP 3PAR
OS 3.1.3 is 8.
The value of the NPIV Port Count can be modified in order to support more Windows
clusters used during peer motion data migration. During modification, the count should
always be greater than the current value but should not exceed the maximum NPIV port
limit of 8 virtual peer ports per physical port. For more information, see “Set Up
Connections (page 249).
To modify the value of the NPIV Port Count, the port must be set to offline in order to
remove the associated NPIV ports. A confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Yes to set
the port offline and change the port count.
To remove all virtual ports attached to a physical peer port, enter zero (0) for the NPIV
Port count.
6. Click OK.
