2. Ensure the latches on the FR4-18i blade are unscrewed and open.
3. Slide the FR4-18i blade into the open slot.
4. Close the latches, tighten the screws, and power on the blade using the ON/OFF slider switch
(see Figure 43 (page 109)).
The FR4-18i blade begins POST. After POST is complete, the firmware version on the blade
will autolevel with the firmware version on the active CP.
5. Verify that the blade power and blade status LEDs are green after the blade has completed
booting.
NOTE: The FC ports are numbered from bottom to top, in eight-port groups, and are
numbered on the faceplate.
