Downgrading from HP P6000 Command View 10.0
Use the following instructions when downgrading from HP P6000 Command View 10.0 to 9.4.1,
9.3, or 9.2:
Server-based management system—To downgrade, perform a complete uninstall of HP P6000
Command View 10.0 and then reinstall the earlier version.
Files not removed during uninstall of HP P6000 Command View
From HP Command View 9.4 and later, the installer detects any files marked for deletion and will not
proceed with the installation.
When upgrading from HP Command View 9.3, 9.4, or 9.4.1 to 10.0, the presence of any locked
files causes the server to inform the user that a reboot is required because files are marked for deletion
or service is disabled. After reboot, you must start the installation of HP P6000 Command View 10.0
manually.
