HP StorageWorks EVA4400 iSCSI Connectivity Option (mpx100b) 5.0 (5697-0512, June 2010)

If the following lines are added to the /kernel/drv/scsi_vhci.conf file with LUN 0 present,
any mpathadm command will panic the server after reboot:
device-type-scsi-options-list =
“HP HSV”, “symmetric-option”;
symmetric-option = 0x1000000;
Workaround 1

The mpx100b management port default IP address is 10.0.0.1/255.0.0.0. The mpx100b
serial port default setting is 115200/8/n/1.
2. Log in using the following:
User name: guest
Password: password
3. Enable administrator privileges by entering the following:

config
4. Enter the set system command and follow the prompts to disable the Controller Lun
AutoMap parameter:
