Command View TL goes into a hang state
Symptom: Command View TL for a managed library session goes into a hang state if you do not
perform any operation for a long time.
Workaround: Close the Command View TL browser session and re-launch Command View TL.

Command View TL 3.0.00 launches and gets error 2032
Symptom: A browser window opens and all that is in the window is error 2032. This happens because
Flash Player is not installed or is not install correctly.
Workaround: Install a good version of adobe flash player as the main administrator account from the
following website at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ or if you have no intranet connection download
and use CVTL 2.8.00 instead with the 2.8 bundles.

Management station shows Error# 2032 after installing Command View TL and Adobe
Flash
Symptom: After installing Adobe Flash player and Command View TL, when you launch Command
View TL in the management station the browser shows Error# 2032.
Workaround:
1. Download the zip files (Flashplayer-Files für CV-TL.zip , Flex.zip) from the following links:

2. Extract and copy the files from Flashplayer-Files für CV-TL.zip to C:\Users\[user]\
AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Flash Player\AssetCache\[unique directory]\.
3. Extract and copy the files from Flex.zip to C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\
Command View TL\tomcat\webapps\CVESL\.
4. Restart the Command View TL services from Control Panel→Administrative tools→Services.
5. Launch Command View TL.

On a client machine with Adobe Flash, launching Command View TL shows Error#
2032
Symptom: On a client machine, having Adobe Flash player installed and launching Command View
TL shows Error# 2032 in the browser.
Workaround:
