Determining current version
Determine Command View for Tape Libraries firmware version
Click about in the top right corner of your browser window to verify the Command View for Tape
Libraries version.
Determine Interface Manager, interface controller, library robotics controller, and drive
firmware versions
Determine the firmware versions of Interface Manager, interface controller, library robotics controller,
and drives by one of the following methods.
• From Command View for Tape Libraries, select the support tab, then firmware update action
download. The list of firmware available for download displays.
• Use the command line interface telnet interface to determine the firmware version.
1. Log into the Interface Manager.
2. Enter show firmware rev to see the revisions of all the components.
3. Enter exit to log out of the command line interface.
