• Administrator can manually select tapes in a separate media verification partition without interfering
with host applications.
• Configurable policies permit periodic scans based on a user-chosen time interval.
• Support for Data verification and Drive Assessment in ESL G3 libraries for LTO5 and LTO6 drives
and corresponding supported tapes.
• Manage media verification, configuration, and usage though CVTL while ensuring data is secure.
• Licensing enforcement and management for data verification license for ESL G3 libraries.
• MSL6480 license management via CVTL.
• User notifications of degraded tapes.
• Reports of data verification and drive assessment results.
• Library TapeAssure enhancements including the Library Dashboard with Library TapeAssure
graphs.
