4. Click Next. Page 1 of the wizard appears.
5. Enter a name for the new support ticket and select the components you want included in the
support ticket. The Cached Support Ticket (Timestamp) column lists whether a cached support
ticket is available and, if so, the time it was generated. (Support tickets for tape drives are
generated and cached whenever a tape cartridge is ejected.) Clicking the ... button displays
more information about a cached support ticket.
NOTE: Cached support tickets will no longer be available in Command View TL 2.6 and
later.
