6 Troubleshooting
This chapter describes how to handle the errors that might occur during operation of Replication
Manager.
Overview
This chapter describes what to do if a problem occurs:
• If issues arise with Application Agent (including installation and removal), see “Troubleshooting
Application Agent operations” on page 106.
• When installing Replication Manager in an environment where Device Manager and P9000 RAID
Manager manage copy pairs, if you cannot acquire the current copy pair information after refresh-
ing the configuration information, see “Troubleshooting when copy pairs are not recog-
nized” on page 119 to solve the problem.
• If the problem is not related to installation or uninstallation, take action according to “General
problem resolution” on page 103.
