NOTE:
If you want to use an IPv6 connection or HTTPS (SSL) communication between RepMgr and BCM, you
must set up the IBM HTTP Server (IHS).

Restrictions on using HP StorageWorks P9000 for Business Continuity Manager 6.6.1 or later
The following operations are not supported if you are using BCM 6.6.1 or later:
Operations in which a local scan is first performed by BCM and then by Replication Manager.
Operations in which Replication Manager distributes disk configuration definitions files to a host
where BCM has performed a local scan.
When either of these operations ate performed, Replication Manager displays an error (RPM-005939).
In either case, you must use BCM to edit the disk configuration definition files (instead of Replication
Manager).

Replication Manager supports all storage systems supported by Device Manager server:
XP512/XP48
XP1024/XP128
XP12000/XP10000/SVS200
XP24000/XP20000
P9500

TIP:
For best results, ensure that you have the latest version of the storage system microcode as well as
the latest version of P9000 RAID Manager installed.
NOTE:
Before using copy groups defined in storage, ensure that the microcode version of the P9500 system
is 70-02-00-XX/XX or later.
