A system creator is responsible for all operations that occur during system creation and operation.
Therefore, the person selected as the system creator must be a reliable person who will not commit
any malicious acts.
The selected system creator must prepare as follows before starting system creation or operation:

understand the installation, operation, and management of the hardware used in the system.
