Creating XP Snapshot and Business Copy/Snapshot
When XP Snapshot and Business Copy/Snapshot are created by using the CLI, the same volume
cannot be used by XP Snapshot and Business Copy/Snapshot.
Changing status of copy pair by CLI
Do not specify the copytracksize parameter when the CLI ModifyReplication command is
executed and the status of XP Snapshot is changed.
Operating XP Snapshot copy pairs by CLI
The pair volume status becomes PAIR after PSUS when either of the following operations is executed
by the CLI:
XP Snapshot copy pairs are created by the CLI AddReplication command.
The XP Snapshot copy pairs are resynchronized by the CLI ModifyReplication command.
Length of the host group name
A host group name whose length is 33 or more characters cannot be set for Allocate Volumes dialog
box and Virtualize Volumes dialog box on the P9500.
Modifying the setting of the resource group and role to an external authentication group
The setting of the resource group and role cannot be modified to the external authentication group
including the following character string in the group name with the Edit User Group dialog box.

When modifying them, use the Add Resource Groups dialog box, the Edit Roles dialog box, or the
Remove Resource Groups dialog box in the resource group details window.
Expanding THP Volumes
When selecting some THP volumes and specifying a value for the New Capacity in the Expand THP
Volumes dialog, an unexpected error (KAIC16009-E) might be displayed. If this occurs, log in again
if needed, reduce the number of specified THP Volumes, and retry the operation.
Task detail dialog box of editing tiering policy
The value of the tiering policy in the task detail dialog is not displayed after completing the editing
tiering policy task.
Enter the value of the tiering policy in the task name or description field when creating the editing
tiering policy task.
The sudo function for Host Data Collector
When using sudo to register or refresh a Solaris host, if stty erase ^H is enabled for .bashrc, the
following error message is output and the operation fails:
ERR_1205 : Task execution failed. (Cause: bash: sudo: command not found)
When using sudo to register or refresh a Solaris host, do not enable stty erase ^H for .bashrc.
