Fixes
Fixes for 7.4.0-00
The following issues have been resolved:
When the IP address of a host, or the server.http.socket.agentAddress property in
server.properties file of a host where Device Manager agent was installed was changed,
the IP address was not reflected for Device Manager server even though the Device Manager
agent service or daemon was restarted.
When the GetLogicalGroup command was executed from the Device Manager CLI, the
specificationType and resourceType attributes were not displayed for the LogicalGroup
instance in the output results.
If an attribute was not specified for the WorldWideName element in an XML-API AddHost request,
the XML-API processing generated an unspecified server error.
The KAIC16009-E error occurred and display settings could not be set when the Ctrl key was
held down, display items were dragged and dropped, and then the OK button was clicked in the
Column Settings dialog box in the Device Manager GUI.
If an attempt was made to create a volume with a capacity greater than 2,949,120 MB
(approximately 2.8 TB) in XP P9500 or XP24000/XP20000, the creation of the volume generated
the error message KAIC15294-E or KAIC07145-E (or in the case of the CLI, KAIC90083-E
and error code = 7145).
When a capacity greater than 3,145,663.75 MB (approximately 2.99 TB) was specified in the
Allocate Volumes dialog box or the Allocate Like Volumes dialog box, even if a candidate volume
was found in a storage system, the candidate volume might not be extracted and the error message
KAIC15294-E might be displayed.
In the plan screen that appears after you clicked the Show Plan button in the Create Volumes
dialog box, the pool information that was displayed in Plan Details might display the subscription
rate as zero even if that rate was not zero.
In the pool information displayed in the Delete Volumes dialog box, the drive type was displayed
as FC to volumes other than FC.
When creating a volume in a parity group that was set to the enhanced mode on a SATA drive
in XP P9500 or XP24000/XP20000, an error occurred in the storage system.
If the storage system was an XP P9500 storage system, the following issues might occur in the
Expand THP Volume dialog box:
If you entered a value that exceeded the Subscription Warning Threshold of the pool in New
capacity, message KAIC16189-W was not displayed.
If you entered a value that exceeded the Subscription Limit Threshold of the pool in New
capacity, message KAIC16188-E was not displayed.
In THP Vols in the Resources tab or the Mobility tab, if a tiering policy was specified as a filtering
condition, volumes might not be displayed correctly.
