Management server requirements For the management server, allocate the total virtual memory capacity of Common Component plus the sum of the virtual memory capacities of all the installed P9000 Command View AE Suite products. The recommended virtual memory capacity for P9000 Command View AE Suite products are shown in Table 1-2.

Device Manager agent requirements • The host on which the Device Manager agent is running does not recognize the LU for the storage system. • A multi-path configuration is set up in one of the following host environments, where the host OS is: ○ Windows, and Dynamic Link Manager or Windows MPIO is used. ○ Solaris, and Dynamic Link Manager or Sun StorEdge Traffic Manager is used. ○ AIX, and MPIO is used.
