Notes on the web client environment
1. Using the web client on a browser with pop-up blocking enabled
When using web client on a browser with pop-up blocking enabled (such as Internet Explorer as included
in Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows 2003 Service Pack 1), you must perform one of the following
setup procedures:
Select Tools - Internet Options to display the Internet Properties dialog box. Click the Security tab
and register the Replication Monitor server's URL as an allowed site.
When a warning message appears as a result of a pop-up block, select Allow Pop-up Windows
from This Site.
2. About the Web browser language setting
In a Solaris environment, unify the Web browser language setting and the X-terminal setting. If the Web
browser language setting differs from the X-terminal setting, the title bar character strings might not display
correctly.
3. Notes on using Mozilla
In a non-Windows environment, if you display the online user manual in Mozilla, italics and bold might
not display correctly.
