Business Continuity Manager when the Last Refresh is not updated even after operating a manual refresh.
• About the display of the VOLSER column
When the same DEVN is defined with the different Prefixes, VOLSER corresponding to any of those DEVNs
is displayed.
Notes on stopping service
When stopping Command View XP AE Suite common component services by the hcmdssrv command, the
following message can be output and the service of HiRDB is not stopped.
KAPM06445-E HiRDB cannot be stopped because a plug-in product is connected to HiRDB.
In this case, re-execute the hcmdssrv command until all services are stopped.
