For XP12000/XP10000/SVS200 and XP1024/XP128, a combination of a CU
number and an LDEV number (=CU*256+LDEV) is output.

Domain ID of the host storage domain

For Fibre Channel, 15 is output.

LUN that is assigned to the path.
LUN
Indicates whether the WWN of the path and the WWN of the host storage domain
assigned to the path are the same.

Display name of the logical unit device number
This value is output in one of the following formats:
For P9500 or XP24000/XP20000:
The value is output in the ww:xx:yy format, where ww is the logical DKC
number, xx is the CU number, and yy is the LDEV number.
For XP12000/XP10000/SVS200 or XP1024/XP128:
The value is output in the xx:yy format, where xx is the CU number and yy
is the LDEV number.
