poolFunction
ID of the Pool
The ID is output for the pool that corresponds to the function type output to
poolFunction.
poolID
ID of the disk controller
Valid for P9500 and XP24000/XP20000.
When poolFunction is 3: ID of the controller to which the pool belongs
When poolFunction is 4: Logical DKC number
-1 is output for other cases.
-1 is output for other storage systems.
controllerID
Indicates the pool type.
The value output depends on the poolFunction value.
When poolFunction is 3:
• -1: None
• 16: Snapshot pool
When poolFunction is 4:
• -1: None
• 0: Main journal group (M-JNL) of Continuous Access Journal Software
• 1: Remote journal group (R-JNL) of Continuous Access Journal Software
• 2: Initialized journal group of Continuous Access Journal Software
• 3: Journal group of Continuous Access Journal Software or Hitachi Universal
Replicator for Mainframe Software that has no journal volumes
• 4: Main journal group (M-JNL) of Continuous Access Journal Software and
also remote journal group (R-JNL) of Continuous Access Journal Software
