high load:

Following reasons can be considered:

If this error occurs repeatedly, confirm whether the server is started.

In an x86_64 environment, the following RPM (Red Hat Package Manager) package listed below
is required. Install the following RPM package before installing the Device Manager agent:
glibc-<RPM-package-version>.i686.rpm
• The property server.agent.rm.horcm.poll has been added. This property makes it possible to
specify the value of the parameter poll of HORCM_CM in the CCI configuration file.
