5. Set the database on the shared disk as the database to be used.
The procedure is described in steps 6 through 7.
If a cluster environment has been configured for another P9000 Command View AE Suite product,
there is no need to perform the steps for changing the settings if you want to use the database
on the shared disk. Proceed to step 8.
6. If HiRDB is currently using a different port number than the default (23032/tcp), keep a note of
the current port number.
7. Execute the following command to migrate the database to the shared disk:
installation-folder-of-Common-Component\bin\hcmdsdbclustersetup /
createcluster /databasepath target-folder-for-re-creating-database /
exportpath target-folder-for-storing-data /auto
createcluster
This option changes the P9000 Command View AE Suite product in a non-cluster configuration
to a cluster configuration.
databasepath
Specify the folder in which you want to re-create the database. Specify the absolute path to
the same folder as the one being used by the executing node to re-create its database.
The characters that can be used to specify the path are shown below. Additionally, back-
slashes (\), colons (:), or forward slashes (/) can be used as path delimiters.
A to Z a to z 0 to 9 . _
exportpath
Specify the folder in which you want to store backup data. Use an absolute path to a folder
on a local disk. The path name must not exceed 85 bytes. The characters that can be used
to specify the path are the same as for databasepath.

This option automatically changes the P9000 Command View AE Suite product services and
the HiRDB service to statuses appropriate for changing the database settings. After the
command is completed, the P9000 Command View AE Suite product services and the HiRDB
service are stopped.
CAUTION:
If you execute the hcmdsdbclustersetup command, the setting of the port number used
by HiRDB is changed back to the default (23032/tcp).
If target-folder-for-storing-data already exists, empty or delete the folder.
Do not disconnect the shared disk from the executing node until the hcmdsdbcluster-
setup command finishes successfully.
If you restart the server after the hcmdsdbclustersetup command has finished ab-
normally, the node to which the shared disk connects might switch to the standby node.
