This section describes the property files of a Device Manager agent.
Overview of Device Manager agent properties
The following table describes the Device Manager agent properties.

agent.properties file
This property file is related to the Device Manager agent
operations performed when executing the hldutil
command.
hldutil.properties file

This property file is related to the program information of
the Device Manager agent.
programproductinfo.properties file
This property file is related to Device Manager agent
operations.
server.properties file
If you change settings in the Device Manager agent property files, you need to restart the Device
manager agent service to enable the changes.
Device Manager agent properties for connecting to the
Replication Manager server (agent.properties file)
The agent.properties file contains properties related to connecting to the Replication Manager
server.
