Before installing P9000 Command View AE Software on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux system, set the
kernel parameters for the /etc/sysctl.conf file. The appropriate values for each of these settings
depend on which of the following P9000 Command View AE Software products you are installing:
Common Component
Device Manager
Tiered Storage Manager Software
Replication Manager Software

these values follow the tables.
