DESCRIPTION: Internal Server
Error is displayed in the web client, and
logon and operations cannot be performed.
CAUSE: Either HBase Storage Mgmt
Common Service is stopped or the Web
container of Device Manager that runs on
HBase Storage Mgmt Common Service is
stopped.
SOLUTION: Perform the procedure shown
below.
First, use the following command to make sure
that the XP Command View AE Suite Common
Component services are running:
In Windows:
<common component installation
folder>\bin\hcmdssrv /status
In Linux:
<common component installation
directory>/bin/hcmdssrv –status
If the following message is displayed, the
services are running:
KAPM06440-I
The HiRDB service has already
started.
KAPM05007-I
Already started service.
service-name=HBase Storage Mgmt
Web Service
KAPM05007-I
Already started service.
service-name=HBase Storage Mgmt
Common Service
If any XP Command View AE Suite Common
Component services are not running, use the
command below to start the XP Command View
AE Common Component services, and then log
on again. If there are any XP Command View AE
Suite Common Component services that cannot
be started, contact maintenance personnel.
In Windows:
<common component installation
folder>\bin\hcmdssrv /start
In Linux:
<common component installation
directory>/bin/hcmdssrv –start
If you cannot log on even though all the XP
Command View AE Suite Common Component
services are running, wait a while and then
attempt log on again.
If you cannot resolve the problem even after
performing the above, check whether the
memory heap size is sufficient. If the memory
heap size is insufficient, see section
3-1-2 to
change the memory heap size of HBase Storage
Mgmt Web Service. If the memory heap size is
sufficient, contact maintenance personnel.To
